At any point in the day, you can take a pause and tap into your sensuality, simply by
breathing in and out.
Are you ready...it's going to be so hard...
(I'm teasing, it's really not)
① Stop and ask yourself how sexy you feel on a scale of "soggy piece of toast" to "skin melting off your bones because you're so fucking horny"
(or you can use a scale of 1 - 10, if that sits better with you today)
② Wherever you are and however you are sitting or standing, take your attention to your sexy bits and press play* ▶️
* there is a little bit of sound, so have your volume down if you need to
③ As the air comes in, imagine you're sending all that lovely fresh breath straight to the hotness between your legs.
④ When the breath goes out, imagine you're propelling it away by squeezing the muscles around your vulva or penis or whatever delights you have down there
