Embracing Healthy Masculinity: A Whole-Person Approach to Sex Coaching

August 18, 20234 min read

Alright, buckle up, folks, because today we're diving into a world where I, the cheerleader for all things happiness, pleasure, and empowerment, tell you that team up with an unexpected bunch: the dudes! Yep, you heard that right. I'm not just doling out relationship wisdom to the ladies; I've got a whole squad of hetero dudes on my coaching books, ready to conquer their sex shenanigans with some serious pizzazz. 😎

Now, before you start imagining me giving lectures on eggplants 🍆 and peaches 🍑, hold up! I promise, there's more to my coaching sessions than just that. I'm all about the whole package deal – not just the physical stuff, but the mindset, the body-image quirks, the emotional rollercoasters, and even a sprinkle of the "woo" factor, like those energy vibes and spiritual mojo.

There are so many wonderful aspects, that make you so fucking amazing. After all, when it comes to sex and connection, it's not just about the physical; it's about creating a profound and meaningful bond.

You're more than just the sum of your body parts.

Okay, confession time: I might have gone a tad stalker-ish on LinkedIn recently. I stumbled upon James Routeledge's posts, stirring the pot with discussions about "healthy masculinity." And by stumbled, I mean I might have blown up his notifications with more likes and comments than a celebrity's Instagram account. Oops, my bad, James! 🤷‍♀️ But hey, what can I say? The guy's onto something big.

He's writing a novel called Jack the Lad; a Bridget Jones' Diary for guys, if you will. I'm so looking forward to reading it because I've really been appreciating and enjoying his discussion posts about healthy masculinity and I know he wants the input of real men with stories, perspectives, and real-life schizz.

Intrigued? You should be.

From my years of being a Women's Circle creator and host, I know how important and transformative it is for people to feel like they have a voice, that they can offer their opinions and they can be valued and respected for their unique perspective.

That they can listen, learn, and grow from the perspective of another.

And 100% it is a platform enjoyed and valued by the female community.

But not JUST the female community.

Because how often do you truly feel heard?

This is an element of my sessions that is really appreciated by my male coaching clients; to allow them to feel heard.

And for the 'stronger sex' to be able to let down their guard and talk honestly and openly about their sex lives and to learn in a safe space about women (because we are mystical and fantastical creatures, you know, occasionally hard to decipher).

(BTW James offers an open invitation to gents with thoughts, stories, or reflections to share; head to his website and click Talk to Jack.)

As a sex coach who champions the happiness, pleasure, and empowerment of women, I'm also a firm believer in the transformative power of self-discovery and open conversation for all.

So, to all the men out there seeking growth, connection, and authenticity, your story matters, your relationships matter. Your experiences matter.

I passionately believe that everyone deserves pleasure and deserves to feel amazing so I have created an in-person couples workshop focussing specifically on male pleasure,

King of the Bedroom

which debuted in Nottingham's Purple Mamba Private Members Club in November 2023 and I gotta tell ya, there is nothing sexier than a man who is happy to grow and develop and can deal with his own discomfort. Nothing sexier than a man who knows about his own pleasure and can communicate and understand the pleasure of his partner.

Have you enjoyed reading this? I really hope it's given you a sparkle because I applaud your curiosity,

with pleasure,
